Calendario Novia

– Ocho meses o un año antes de la boda –

Notifica a tus padres; primero los de la novia y luego los del novio. Si tienen hijos, éstos deben ser los primeros en saberlo.

Selecciona la fecha, lugar y hora de la boda (asegúrate que no coincida con tu ciclo natural y reserva la iglesia o lugar donde deseas celebrar. Te ayudaremos a elegir el lugar o salón de recepción, catering, decoración fotógrafo, maquillista, video, etc.). Todo lo que vayas a necesitar.

Organicen una reunión o cena para que ambas familias se conozcan. Tradicionalmente invita la familia del novio.

Para mantenerte en presupuesto te sugerimos qué hacer con tu dinero. Nosotros analizamos todos los servicios a contratar y hacemos un presupuesto dentro del tuyo.

Es importante hacer el listado de invitados de acuerdo a tu presupuesto.

Seleccionamos los suplidores y empezamos a pagar los depósitos para asegurarte la fecha.

Tenemos maquillistas para elegir, con los que puedes hacer pruebas pagadas.

Determina el tema o estilo de la boda, colores, flores, detalles especiales.

Empieza a realizar listado de invitados y sus direcciones (averigua los nombres completos y la forma de escribir los apellidos). Si tienes la fecha clara, puedes enviar una invitación de Reserva la Fecha. Sobre todo si viven en el extranjero.

Busca y legaliza las actas de nacimiento, bautizo y confirmación, si no has hecho la confirmación y te casas por la Iglesia, debes hacerla.

Deposita los documentos en la Iglesia, o en la fiscalía si la boda es por la ley. Debes visitar la oficilia, reservar el juez y solicitar el listado de requisitos.

Determina quién va a oficiar la ceremonia si es por la Iglesia.

Si te casas en una iglesia que no es tu parroquia, solicita el permiso en tu parroquia.

Determina con tu pareja si van a compartir los gastos y verifiquen que pueden lograr con el presupuesto.

Empieza a ver estilos de trajes de novias. Tómate tiempo para que elijas el mejor que vaya con tu cuerpo y personalidad.

– Seis meses antes de la boda –

Selecciona las damas y los pajes. Debes tener en cuenta quien va a pagar los trajes.

Se estima que la novia pague todos estos trajes. Si no tienes suficiente presupuesto lo debes compartir con tu cortejo, antes de invitarlas debes tomar este detalle en cuenta.

Haz que tu novio seleccione sus acompañantes si va a tener “Best man”.

Inscríbete en el cursillo pre-matrimonial de tu parroquia. Mientras más rápido lo hagas mejor orientada estarás hacia lo que realmente es el matrimonio

Selecciona tu tocado de cabeza, velo, zapatos y demás accesorios.

Empiecen a planear la luna de miel. Haz los trámites de pasaportes y visado si la luna de miel es fuera del país.

¿¿¿Donde van a vivir???

Solicita permiso en tu trabajo para la fecha de tu boda, puedes tomar tus vacaciones para que tengas más tiempo de luna de miel.

– Cuatro meses antes de la boda –

Ordena las invitaciones y artículos personales de papelería (solicita las tarjetas para los testigos, normalmente son cortesía de la imprenta).

Selecciona el lugar para hacer tu lista de bodas, elige dos lugares diferentes para tus regalos). Coloca esta información en una tarjeta.

– Tres meses antes de la boda –

Concluye la lista de invitados. Deja unos espacios abiertos para algún invitado que debas agregar.

Coordina con la imprenta de las invitaciones o con un pendolista particular para que llene los sobres de las invitaciones. No olvides las tarjeta de agradecimiento para enviar después de la boda.

El novio y su cortejo deben reservar sus trajes y accesorios. Hay varios suplidores en Santo Domingo con los que puedes alquilar.

Compra el ajuar de tu luna de miel.

Confecciona o compra los souvenirs (si tu presupuesto te lo permite). El souvenir debe ser práctico, normalmente las personas no lo aprecian, no debes gastar mucho en esto.

Selecciona tu estilista y haz prueba de maquillaje.

Organiza el transporte que te llevará a la iglesia o lugar de tu boda, si quieres algún detalle dentro del mismo, a veces se colocan bebidas champagne.

Visiten varias joyerías para elegir sus anillos de bodas, usualmente de 14K o 18K en oro blanco, amarillo o platino.

– Un mes antes de la boda –

Finaliza los detalles de la ceremonia con el oficiante y toma nota sobre la fecha de las amonestaciones.

Debemos finalizar los detalles de: buffet, bebidas, fotógrafos, video, salón de recepción, villas en alquileres, músicos y el listado de lo que quieres en la boda, entre otros…

Manda a grabar los anillos: el tuyo con su nombre y fecha de boda y viceversa o simplemente un mensaje especial.

Confirma que todo el cortejo se haya probado sus respectivos trajes y concluye con ellos.

Haz las últimas pruebas del vestido de novia y hazle los arreglos necesarios.

Adquiere las almohadillas, arras, canastas de flores de los pajes y define los accesorios que van a llevar tanto damas como pajes.

Contrata los servicios de transporte con una compañía de limosina o pide prestado un carro grande familiar para el día de la boda.

Hazte la prueba del peinado con tu velo y tocado de cabeza.
 Coordina para el mismo día la prueba de maquillaje para que veas el efecto completo (si te vas a tomar fotos antes de la ceremonia, éste es el día ideal para hacerlo todo).

Tu planes… dónde vas a pasar tu luna de miel… Elige las maletas que necesites, para viajar debes llevar sólo una maleta, tu cartera y un bulto de mano.

Verifica todo lo que necesitas en tu nueva casa para cuando regreses de luna de miel.

Inicia la distribución de invitaciones.

Haz un listado detallado de todos los regalos recibidos para luego enviar tarjetas de agradecimiento.

Asegúrate de que el novio se hará cargo de los asuntos legales ( póliza de seguro, cuenta bancaria conjunta). Si han decidido firmar un acuerdo prematrimonial, notificación del cambio de dirección a las principales entidades, hacer preparativos para iniciar los servicios públicos en la nueva dirección.

Coordina las despedidas de soltera con tus familiares y amigas, haz una lista de regalos en una o varias tienda específicas, así no se repetirán los regalos.

Hazte una limpieza facial e hidratación.

Selecciona los testigos que van a firmar, no olvides la pluma con que van a firmar, coordina la hora de firmar los testigos.

Repasa los detalles finales de la música que quieres en tu boda; el tipo de música y canciones específicas que les gustaría que tocaran, entrega una lista resumen.

Coordina el “tasting” o prueba del menú con nosotros o con el chef que hayas elegido.

Hacemos la prueba de tu mesa, centro de mesa, manteles, plato base, servilleteros, detalles especiales, decoración, y más.

Define con el fotógrafo, lugares donde te vas a tomar fotos específicas, fecha, horas y transporte.

– Una semana antes de la boda –

Haz un check list de todos los detalles que debes hacer. Apóyate en alguien que te ayude en las diligencias de última hora trata que no sean de tu cortejo ni familiares directos.

Asegúrate que todo el vestuario sea recogido y que todos se los hayan probado.

Coordina un ensayo con todos los participantes en la ceremonia si están cerca (padres del novio, padres de la novia y cortejo, novio y novia), de lo contrario nosotros te ayudamos a organizarlos e instruirlos como van a desfilar.

Ensaya su colocación en la iglesia y en la línea de recepción.

Escoge las lecturas religiosas con el oficiante y designa quiénes las leerán (suminístrales una copia para que puedan ensayarlas).

Haz tu maleta y recoge tus pertenencias, coordina para que te las lleven a tu nueva casa conjuntamente con tus regalos.

Recuerda en tu trabajo que te casas y los días que vas a estar ausente, deja organizado tus trabajos pendientes a tus compañeros o jefe inmediato.

Coordina una reunión con nosotros para ultimar todos los detalles, si vas a querer una mesa principal y cuantas personas se van a sentar.

– EL DIA ANTES DE TU BODA –

Empieza a ponerte bella, asiste a un spa, hazte manicure y pedicure, depilación, masajes de relajación, lavado de cabeza… (si tu pelo no es grasoso), si es grasoso debes lavarlo el mismo día.

Disfruta de tu familia y acuéstate temprano, debes estar súper relajada.

Entréganos todos los detalles de la boda, libro de invitados, fotos, lapiceros, copas, canasticas del cortejo, regalos, souvenirs, tarjeticas con nombres para las mesas…etc…

Envia tu maleta al hotel donde te vayas a quedar o coordina con tu novio dónde las recogen.

¡LLEGÓ EL GRAN DIA!

Levántate positiva y relajada, después de un buen baño, toma tu check list y cerciórate que hiciste todo lo que tenías que hacer.

Delega en el equipo de EVENTOS & CATERING este gran día…

Todo tu ajuar de novia listo, (vestido, cretona, guantes, velo, corsette, ropa interior, liga, medias, prendas, zapatos y ramo).

Guarda tu anillo de compromiso. Luego de la boda deberás colocar en tu mano izquierda, primero tu aro de bodas, más cerca de tu corazón y luego el anillo de compromiso.

Confirma con el novio que tenga el horario del oficiante en un sobre sellado y que tenga los anillos consigo.

Aliméntate bien para que no te falten las fuerzas. Es un día lleno de emociones.

Confirma la hora que vas a esperar o visitar tu maquillista y luego tu estilista (ponte una camisa de botones para que no estropees el peinado. Calcula cuatro horas para maquillaje y peinado. Solicita alguna bebidas y bocadillos para que disfrutes ese momento.

Recuerda LA TRADICION usar algo nuevo, usado, algo azul y algo prestado.

Un baño ligero y ¡a cambiarte!

Tus amigas tomaran fotos informales mientras te maquillan, peinan y visten, el fotógrafo también puede estar.

Coordina con la familia y el cortejo si vas a tomar fotografías profesionales antes de la boda, para que estén listos tres horas antes de la ceremonia. El video o filme también debe estar presente.

Nuestro coordinador entregará al cortejo el cojín de los anillos, cofre, arras y la canasta de flores. Botoniers, corsage para mamá y madrinas.

La maquillista te retocará el maquillaje antes de salir para la ceremonia.

• Lista de la selección de la música.
 • Lista de personas importantes a captar por el fotógrafo y el video.
 • Cepillo, pinchos, secador y spray de pelo.
 • Espejo de bolsillo.
 • Medicinas para dolor de cabeza y malestar estomacal.
 • Kit de costura (aguja, hilo, chambras y cintas).
 • Kleenex, Wipes.
 • Medias panties de repuesto.
 • Plancha viajera de vapor.
 • Lápiz y papel para notas de último minuto.
 • Misceláneos para reparaciones de la decoración: tape, tijeras, hilo, pegamento.
 • Maquillaje.

DETALLES:

* Al llegar a la iglesia, no te bajes del carro hasta tanto el novio no esté en el altar y el oficiante esté listo. Forma el cortejo en el orden de entrada.

*Al llegar al salón de la recepción forma la línea de recibimiento de los invitados.

* Inicia el baile con TU MUSICA favorita o un buen merengue (el primer baile es con el padre de la novia o bien con el novio, luego se incorporan los padres de ambos y se rotan entre sí).

Luego los invitados pasan a bailar.

* Circulen entre los invitados, mesa por mesa, para que todos puedan compartir con los novios.

* Se brindan bocadillos en la hora de cocktail.

* Al abrir el buffet recuerden ustedes son los primeros en servirse. No servir el buffet muy tarde, recuerda los invitados, abre no más tardar a las 11:00 p.m.).

* Luego después de una hora, se parte el bizcocho en pedazos pequeños.

* La hora loca, lo que no puede faltar.

* Junta a las solteras para lanzar el ramo.

* El novio te quita la liga, momento emocionante.

* El novio tira la liga a los solteros.

* Haz que te guarden bizcocho para conservarlo refrigerado para el primer aniversario.

* Antes de salir de la recepción no olvidar dar las gracias a los padres de ambos.

* Si los trajes son alquilados, tu mamá o familiares cercanos deben devolver los trajes.

Tu Luna de Miel

Lo que no debes olvidar:

• Boletos aéreos, pasaportes, dinero, tarjetas de crédito, tarjetas de pin…

• Anillos de la boda, Joyerías no te mucho valor, quizás no encuentres caja fuerte.

• Licencia matrimonial, de conducir, tarjetas de residencia o ciudadanía

• Llaves de vehículos y de tu nueva casa.

• Reservación de hotel y números de teléfono.

• Medicinas recetadas y para mareo, copias de recetas, pastillas anticonceptivas

• Kit de costura.

• Elige un vestuario adecuado de acuerdo al clima donde vayan.

• Tarjeta de seguros de salud internacional.

• Celulares, Cámaras fotográficas, baterías y cargadores

• Toallas sanitarias, tampones etc.

• Adaptador de enchufe para toma corrientes europeos.

Al regreso de la Luna de Miel:

* Los trajes a la lavandería o ya estan devueltos? si son de alquiler. Tu mamá o familares se encargaron de devolverlos?

* Coordina con el fotógrafo para que te envíe las fotos y reseña de la boda a los periódicos y revistas de interés.

* Escribe y envía las tarjetas de agradecimiento por los regalos en tarjetería personal de los nuevos esposos.

* Si nos lo permites publicaremos tu boda en nuestras redes sociales.
